Hmm. I'm willing to give it a try. I'm exercising a lot and trying to eat healthier and have taken off 10 pounds in the last two months, but it would be nice to speed the process up a bit, aye?

what about plain coconut? or does it have to be the oil?
I guess it has to be extra virgin coconut oil...at least that is what Heidi told me on Facebook today. I'll follow up to see what else because I think I bought the wrong cod liver oil pills.
